In 2009 As social networking sites grew famous amongst our overseas Kababayans, mostly searching for Filipino music,tv shows or series, the urge to bring Pinoys closer through music and media has paved way for the birth of MRB.An online radio station, that would play local and foreign hits,and a moderated chatroom where members can request songs and at the same time, meet friends. It all started out with a small group, about 5 disc jockeys located from different sides of the world and listeners of about 20.And from then on, by word of mouth, Members and listeners have grown enormously.MRB radio station has been added to other neighboring affiliated sites and with the help of close friends, have started to sponsor games and events throughout the Filipino networking communities.
